We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 2 nights, yet everything was perfect.

The staff was best, knowledgeable.

We only stayed here for 1 night, as we did n't have time, nonetheless everything was fabulous. The staff was fabulously helpful at the reception desk. Besides, parking was available on -site. The location was best possible, just a short walk away from a diverting two - level museum. The continental breakfast was reasonably priced, liked this place.

They provide many type of service - cozy bar, good wi-fi, shuttle to the river. You can park the car on-site.

Had such great stay in the common area, the staff were perfect, location was stunning and near the city centre. I had new-fashioned and fantastic room with mountain views.

Relaxing hotel in a central area, the stuff where helpful. In a central location with restaurants and casinos very close to the property. It was very close to Organic Epicerie, where you can have lunch.

The hotel was minutes away from the heart of the Chamonix. Plus it was in a nice enough area. Good sized bedroom, quiet bed.

This hotel has outstanding staff and location. Comfy bedrooms and soft beds. You could walk to a bakery and stores. Chamonix Casino is just a walk down to the property.

I had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Large bathroom, amazing bed, nice bedroom. Lovely pool area too. Hotel was near casinos and restaurants.

A little place to stay with good food. Besides, the area was fabulous, next to Musee Espace Tairraz Mineral Museum. Plenty of food in the hotel, rooftop restaurant. Staff were ready to help providing a good service...

I loved my comfortable stay here. Impeccable room, charming staff, really lovely location. Fairly large suite and extremely comfortable bed. Modern bathroom. The service provided there was helpful. Definitely, free Wi-Fi worked in a good way throughout the property.

Appalling hotel - super base for overnight stay. Breakfast was delightful, with plenty of food. Convenient, reasonably spacious room! Early check-in. Besides, free wifi throughout the property was a bonus. I loved that the venue was in the center of the city.

My bed was pretty firm.

Ideal location, it's immaculately clean and the staff is dedicated.

The location was great, breakfast was very good! Staff was friendly and the little extra touches like climate control and flat-screen television in the room was a treat.
